LoveOffice
A dropshipping E-commerce built with WooCommerce, handling 20k+ products across multiple categories.
Wordpress, E-commerce, Custom Theme

Overview
LoveOffice is a constantly evolving E-commerce platform handling 20k+ products and hundreds of categories, primarily focused on B2B, while still offering products and services to B2C customers as well. To ensure scalability, the project was divided into two phases, with structured task management and feature releases.
One of the biggest challenges was managing the large dataset efficiently. Due to WordPress limitations, I developed a recursive function to dynamically generate a static menu, updating automatically whenever the database changes. Additionally, cron jobs keep product prices, stock levels, and data updated daily.
Despite the vast database, the back-office remains smooth and optimized, providing an intuitive experience for the client.
Challenges & Solutions
3rd-Party Integrations
- Supplier data synchronization → Custom data handling to improve product searchability.
- User & order management → Integration with the client's system for seamless invoicing.
- Dynamic pricing system → Custom functions calculating additional prices based on attributes and multipliers.
- Email marketing automation → Mailchimp integration with advanced user segmentation.
- AI-powered instant search → Clerk integration for fast and intelligent product discovery.
Overcoming the Dropshipping Challenge and Platform Migration
Dropshipping websites share the same supplier database, resulting in duplicate content across multiple platforms.
An AI-powered SEO strategy was implemented to make a difference:
- Google Search Console keyword analysis → Identifying high-traffic search queries.
- Supplier data enrichment → Enhancing product meta tags and descriptions to ensure originality.
- SEO migration from Magento 1 → Ensuring zero traffic loss and maintaining ranking via third party plugin.
